I hate weak women!
ReplyDeleteBarrie
I don't like super stubborn and conceited characters.
ReplyDeleteWhiny characters
ReplyDeleteThe most annoying characters are those who whine and complain. I hate whiners!
ReplyDeletewhining and bullying
ReplyDeleteI dislike weak, simpering female characters, or abusive male characters cast in the role of hero.
ReplyDeleteTSTL heroines.
ReplyDeleteI don't like characters that do stupid things and LIVE. Like going into hell without weapons and not knowing what you're up against. But nooooo they live. So annoying! The worst is when they make the same mistake over and over without learning (I'm talking about you, Nora from Hush Hush). At least grow through out the series for crying out loud.
ReplyDeleteI agree with other people when they say whining... and when women aren't strong and let the "big strong men" take the lead. If you don't like something SAY it. That's why I don't do historical books. They have "proper" rules and can't say anything to men. They just bow down to them, and to me that's sad.
I don't like wimpy heroines.
ReplyDeleteWhen the female character complains a lot. It gets annoying after awhile.
ReplyDeleteI hate whiny heroines..
ReplyDeleteWhen they can't see something obvious.
ReplyDeleteBeing a hypocrite
ReplyDeleteWhen they're whiny or extremely mean so I can't relate to them
ReplyDeleteI don't like when characters lack common sense. For example: Everyone tells you not to go to such-and-such place because people there are trying to kill you? Well, I guess you better go there. Oh, and let's not tell anyone because they don't understand and will probably just try to stop you...

I don't like when characters are unfair.
ReplyDeleteI don't like characters that are whiny and needy.

Whiny, Or when its so obviously but they just cant see it!
ReplyDeleteI hate characters that are weak willed and whiny.
ReplyDeleteHypocritical, whiny, dependent characters who don't have an ounce of common sense have no place on my bookshelves. Also—and this is specific to male characters—when the "hero" shoots past alpha-male into abusive territory. (Like the male character who whined that he'd kill himself if the main character left him. That's not romantic—that's manipulative, abusive, and pathetic.)
ReplyDeleteI can't stand characters that are inconsistent.
ReplyDeleteHappy Holidays and thanks for the amazing giveaway!

I enjoy reading characters I like or would like to be friends with, if the character is always jumping to conclusions before listening or constantly having a pity-party I tend to get annoyed :) Thank you for participating in this fun hop!
ReplyDeleteIf the character is extreamly prepy then i get annoyed!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great giveaway!
I hate when characters are snobby.
ReplyDeletewhen they cannot make up there mine to who to love or what to do through the hold book
ReplyDeleteCharacters that go back over and over.. about the same issue.. with a guy.. too much like real life..lol
ReplyDeleteNo backbone.
ReplyDeleteStuck on their selves and not seeing the big picture quick enough can be annoying.
ReplyDeleteI hate catty characters. The self-righteous character who thinks badly about other characters drives me nutty.

I don't like followers. I prefer characters that take charge. Thanks for the chance!
ReplyDeleteI don't like characters who cannot make decisions on their own!
